Delivery is completely FREE and we post New Zealand-wide. You'll also receive tracking information. 

When you order The Knight Guard, there are 3 shipping steps:

1. Place your order and we send you a Home Impression Kit;

2. Take your impression(s) and return them to our lab in Melbourne, Australia. (You'll find the reply paid sticker already on the base of the impression box - just drop it off at your nearest NZ Post branch); and

3. Within 9-14 business days of receiving your impressions, we'll send your finished night guard to you.

N.B. If you choose to return your impression kit due to change of mind, you are responsible for return postage. Also, as your package is travelling internationally, there may be some delays from time to time. Sorry in advance.
